As their L&D Principal, I work closely with Founding Partners Karen Fullerton and Karina Cabrera Bell to develop programs and learning opportunities for clients that deliver practical skills and tools for developing inclusive spaces and workforces.

Karina and Karen offer a holistic suite of services to strategically cultivate healthy and inclusive organizations.  Their expertise lies everywhere along the pipeline: from building diverse leadership teams and recruitment to DEI Strategy, I really loved what OpenAccess has to offer companies series about improving their inclusivity.
