As Senior Director of Allyship, I work closely with CEO Kate Brodock to establish programming and develop strategies for promoting better allyship for gender parity.

From my first engagement with Kate, I connected to both the passion and method for tackling gender parity, with their focus on actually defining what "men as allies" even means, how to drive access to resources for women-led early-stage companies and startups, and their broader commitment to intersectional conversations about diversity, equity and inclusion.
